Project Overview
A three-block Grade-A office campus totalling 480,000 sq.ft, targeting a green building certification alongside an aggressive fit-out handover date.
The Challenge
The design called for large uninterrupted floor plates with high thermal performance glazing ratios, putting pressure on the envelope to carry more of the energy-efficiency load.
Our Solution
Thermocrete Precast Wall Panels with an integrated insulation core formed the building envelope, finished with Thermocrete Thermal Plaster at key thermal-bridge zones, helping the project secure its green building rating.
