Project Overview
A 320-unit residential tower complex where the developer needed to compress an 18-month wall-and-structure schedule into 10 months without sacrificing thermal comfort for buyers.
The Challenge
Conventional RCC framing and brick infill could not meet the compressed handover timeline, and rising cooling costs were becoming a key differentiator buyers were asking about.
Our Solution
We supplied Thermocrete Precast Wall Panels for all 14 floors combined with AAC block partitions internally, cutting the walling and structure programme by 8 weeks and giving every unit a measurable drop in cooling load.
