Project Overview
A 250,000 sq.ft cross-dock logistics warehouse that needed to be enclosed and operational within a single dry season.
The Challenge
A tight weather window meant the roof and envelope had to go up fast, while the client also required stable internal temperatures for sensitive stored goods.
Our Solution
Thermocrete Insulated Roof Panels spanning directly onto the primary steel structure enclosed the building in under six weeks, with AAC block dado walls providing an additional thermal and fire barrier at the perimeter.
