Project Overview
A temperature-controlled storage facility where envelope thermal performance directly determines ongoing refrigeration running costs.
The Challenge
Every degree of thermal bridging in the envelope translated directly into higher lifetime refrigeration energy costs for the operator.
Our Solution
A combination of Thermocrete Insulated Roof Panels and precast wall panels with high-density insulation cores minimised thermal bridging across the entire envelope, lowering the facility's projected refrigeration load.
